TeKi-SL exists to close the distance between what Sierra Leonean young people can do and what employers can verify.
The origin
TeKi-SL is founded and driven by passionate young Sierra Leoneans who intimately understand the challenges of professional development and job readiness in our local context.
Drawing from our personal experiences navigating the professional landscape, we have designed comprehensive learning opportunities that directly address the skills gap in our community.
The execution
Our online training programmes are delivered through a learning management system and interactive virtual meetings, so attending does not depend on being in Freetown.
We have developed a focused curriculum that emphasises relevant, practical skills training tailored to the Sierra Leonean and international job market. Our approach combines traditional teaching with modern tooling, which is what makes it possible to run a cohort across a country with uneven bandwidth.
